Los Angeles, CA February 7, 2004--Two new yoga DVDs by Marlon Braccia, writer of the hip Spiritual/Holistic Living syndicated advice column, Ask Yogi Marlon, are set to hit Wal-Mart stores nationwide this week at just $5.50.

"I've long wanted to reach the people who'll never make it to a yoga studio because of the cost or just plain intimidation of the buff bodies and pretzel poses," says Braccia. "Yoga has been my inspiration. Why shouldn't it be theirs, too?"

A multi-tasker, entertainment industry veteran Braccia acts as owner and operator of Shiva Entertainment LLC, performs as on-camera talent, and is a bona fide yoga master. Cast in E! Entertainment's True Hollywood Stories and making a brief appearance in the feature Gods and Monsters, she has often portrayed a 1950's Elizabeth Taylor. Her instructional TV series, Yoga Time with Marlon Braccia, has aired nationally in over ten million households weekly for the past seven years.

Yoga for Absolute Beginners is for those who are curious about yoga, but have no prior yoga experience. "Its not necessary to come to yoga already having flexibility," Braccia explains. "I'll teach you the tricks to achieve such flexibility that you'll be tying your shoes without bending your knees."

Yoga for Feeling Stronger Every Day is designed for the fitness enthusiast who knows enough to avoid the joint stress of high impact workouts, but still wants to feel the burn.

In lieu of tech support, Yogi Marlon answers questions for free from web visitors daily. www.askyogimarlon.com features the namesake Q&A column and provides articles & instruction on holistic topics such as yoga practice, ayurveda, insomnia, spirituality and more.

Both Yoga for Absolute Beginners and Yoga for Feeling Stronger Every Day are distributed by Platinum Disc Corp in Lacrosse, WI, who will release four more titles in the Ask Yogi Marlon series this year. Braccia is currently in development for an additional yoga DVD that combines humor and yoga for, as Braccia puts it, those of you who have been avoiding exercise your entire life!"

VERNON HILLS, IL JULY 14, 2003 -- Do you find everyone in your family getting stressed out and in need of a way to learn how to relax? Join 15 million in trying yoga Americans (according to Yoga Journal June 2003).

At total body yoga, a family yoga center serving Northwest suburban Chicagoland, you'll find a fun and friendly place for the whole family to learn and practice yoga.

Yoga for Kids classes increase flexibility, coordination, and concentration with a physical activity that is non-competitive. There is no pressure placed on children to perform. The goal is to teach children that exercise is fun. We offer children a safe and compassionate environment to express creativity, imagination and to open up to a relaxed state of mind and body. Through yoga kids learn to develop will power, to value feelings (theirs and others), to expand their intellect and to appreciate the importance of balanced living. Our program integrates music, stories, games and fun as we "play" yoga.

Teen Yoga provides an alternative way to direct teenagers' awesome energy. The powerful practice of yoga offers them a healthy and challenging way to experiment, to push boundaries, gain a sense of achievement and make new friends while learning how to handle stress.
For grown-ups, our classes develop fitness, weight management, stress reduction, strength and stamina to gain total strength, total balance, and total focus.

When explaining why total body yoga is committed to serving the whole family, owner, Silvia Mordini, said "total body yoga's 'fun and joyful approach' to the serious benefits and practice of yoga has clearly struck a chord with the community. Why? Because we provide a friendly place to learn and practice yoga for the whole family: moms, dads, kids, athletes, and busy executives from local corporations.

Our classes are for every body', regardless of age, fitness level, gender or belief system. Offering a non-judgmental and non-competitive environment comes first and is the continuing constant throughout each of our classes."

With yoga everyone in the family can benefit from learning practical methods to relax when we are most challenged and under the most pressure. Yoga can serve as a means to renew, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves and our families.

The great thing about yoga is that anyone can do it. It is non-dogmatic, yet offers sound principles for becoming more patient and physically fit. With practice, you see results, you are more inspired and motivated, and you affect people in a positive, healthy way. Yoga makes you feel good and look good it is a healthy means to maintain overall wellness in a stressful often chaotic world.

total body yoga was founded on the belief that promoting mind body health and awareness provides for a balanced and productive life. For this reason, our goal is to provide "total body" wellness through yoga to our students in our beautiful, warm fully equipped studio conveniently located near Westfield Shopping Center (formerly Hawthorn Center Mall) at 250 E. Center Drive, Suite 201 in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

Each workout falls into one of three different levels beginning, intermediate, and challenging thus catering to the abilities of all yoga students. In addition, each category features various workouts pertaining to students' specific needs. For example, all three levels contain power yoga workouts best suited for morning and evening hours, as well as stress reduction and energy boosts. Other workouts included help improve alignment, enhance awareness, develop focus, stretch specific muscles, and build strength.
