"This series is perfect for the person who has always wanted to try yoga, but didn't know where to begin," says Joy Winkler, the owner and founder of the Joy Yoga Center. "This series is a unique opportunity to lear the basics of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga in a nurturing, non-intimidating environment and in a small group setting."
